DS Lite and Stuff

Woot, I got my DS Lite at launch! I got the last one in Gamer's too becuase I had reserved. Alex had to go to Target, lol... owned. So any way, DS Lite is the best thing ever. I made a video review and posted it on YouTube, but it's still processing... and I can't tell you why. It's awesome though.

So driver's ed. has been going well too... but other than that, nothing too exciting has been happening.

New Blog. Lol. RiceXboi

So I decided MySpace and Xanga/Livejournal are al teh uber suxx. I've decided the blogspot seems pretty much like the ownage. I'm downloading Kubuntu 6.06 (Dapper Drake), because my Ubuntu was being lame and not letting me switch resolutions. I think it was because I downloaded the i386 ISO or something... And I'm on an AMD Anthlon64. Well anyway, I'm using Fedora/Windows XP right now. I'm not really as impressed with Fedora Core 5 as I was with Dapper. So yeah in a few hours I should be nice and happy with a fresh Linux installation.

WELL. DS Lite comes out soon! I think Alex and I are going to do a video review at launch. It comes out this Sunday (June 11, 2006) and I've got over $200 in store credit at Gamer's to spend. I was really thinking about flashing my DS Lite... But I think I'm just going to buy Datel's "Max Media Launcher," for DS. From what I hear it's basically a 3rd wave PassMe.. Which is cool. I'll let people use it if they want me to flash their lites, but I don't want to risk any bricking. That would be really.. Well, it would suck. There's also a new flash cart coming out that fits the DS Lite perfectly... EZ4 Lite TF. It seems really cool, and it uses MicroSD. When I get my media launcher, I'll probably sell my SuperCard SD to someone that wants a flash cart and buy it, along with a micro SD adapter. So I'm pretty pumped to get my DS Lite!

So I didn't do much today... I went jogging this morning and Lucas came over for the evening. Tomorrow I'm going to some thing at Branch Oak Lake and then I'm spending the night at Alex's to go get DS Lite. And... Well that's all for now. Later.
